Member Rate Qualifications
To qualify for member rates, you must have a current individual WEF membership, valid through the date of the event you are attending. You should have your member ID number. Though your institution may be a member of WEF, you must maintain an individual WEF membership to be eligible to receive the member rate.

Nonmember
If you are not a WEF member or your membership lapses and is not renewed by the time of the event, you will either have to join/renew your membership or pay the non-member rate for the event.

Students who are not members of WEF must pay the student nonmember rate and provide proof of student status, during the registration process.

Payment
Online registration payments are by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). 

Cancellation and Substitution
A written request for cancellation/refund must be submitted by Friday, May 31, 2024. WEF will charge a 25% cancellation fee and refund 75%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after Friday, May 31, 2024. Rather than canceling, consider sending a substitute. An organization may submit a request to substitute one person for another in writing by Friday, May 31, 2024.

Getting To and Around Oklahoma City

Will Rogers World Airport (OKC) is approximately 10.5 miles from The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel.

  • Lyft and Uber are authorized to operate at OKC.
  • Taxis are located in the Transportation Plaza which is accessed from the baggage claim (lower) level. Prices vary among companies and minimum fares may be charged. Rates are posted on the exterior of the vehicles.
  • Hotel Omni Oklahoma City offers overnight valet parking at $34/day plus tax, hourly valet parking starts at $15 plus tax from arrival up to four (4) hours and $25 plus tax from four (4) hours up to eight (8) hours.
